What we collect
Details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, and optional details about your child (such as age) to show relevant products.
Order details: products bought, payment method and status. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or banking passwords; payments are handled by our payment partner.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached us (for example, an ad link), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Checkout details: when you enter your mobile number at checkout, we save it with your cart (even if you don't complete the order) so we can help you finish your purchase, for example by sending a WhatsApp reminder. You can ask us not to contact you at any time.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, provide support, handle returns and refunds, and send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
To prevent fraud and fake COD orders, and to meet legal and tax requirements (such as GST invoices).
With your consent, to send offers and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve our ads and website. We use tools from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google that may receive hashed (scrambled) contact details and event information, such as a completed purchase.
Who we share it with
Courier partners (name, phone, address) to deliver your order; payment gateways to process payments; and service providers who host our website and send messages on our behalf.
Government authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax laws require (generally 8 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
